How to Read Timetables and Maps
All schedules and maps are PDF documents. If you are unable to view them, you may need to install a free PDF reader such as Acrobat Reader.
Most routes meet at the the following locations.
- Moʻoheau Bus Terminal located at 329 Kamehameha Avenue in Hilo
- Prince Kuhio Plaza (next to Macy's Mens, Children and Home) located at Ohuohu Street in Hilo
- Hilton Waikoloa Village located at 69-425 Waikoloa Beach Drive
- Puna Kai Shopping Center located at 15-2714 Pahoa Village Rd, Pahoa
- Keaʻau at Old Volcano Road @ Milo Street
- Kona Commons Shopping Center on the side of Target at Luhia Street, Kailua-Kona
- Keauhou Shopping Center @ Longs Drugs at 78-6831 Aliʻi Dr in Kailua-Kona
Hele-On fixed routes operate seven days a week primarily between 3:15 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. Some routes operate only Monday through Friday. Check schedules for details. Hele-On routes operate on Hawaiʻi Island in Hawaiʻi County.
County observed holidays are defined as: New Years Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Prince Kuhio Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, King Kamehameha Day, Independence Day, Statehood Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, General Election Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
